东莞市餐饮装修设计|Père Bise湖畔旅馆餐厅The project is rooted in a clear philosophy: no unnecessary embellishments, no spectacular signature, but rather a refined approach that enhances raw materials, reinterprets alpine codes, and reveals what is essential – the lake and its surrounding nature. Together, they have created two complementary atmospheres. The gastronomic restaurant unfolds as a contemporary refuge, both minimal and powerful. The Auberge asserts itself as a place where conviviality and a family spirit engage in dialogue with modernity. A common thread connects them: wood crafted in various species, and deep fir-green tones that echo the surrounding landscape. ▼湖畔旅馆
To wrap oneself inside a tree. This poetic image guided the transformation of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant. A contemporary refuge where architecture serves both the chef’s alpine gastronomy and the surrounding landscape. ▼一个当代的隐逸之所
A wooden corridor creates a threshold, a prelude to the experience. Blue Savoie marble punctuates the alcove. From floor to ceiling, light oak envelops the space in absolute purity, offering a refined framing of the lake. The dining room thus becomes a window onto the landscape, staging the lake while creating an enveloping atmosphere in constant dialogue with the surrounding nature. A sanctuary of alpine gastronomy where architecture, material, and cuisine become one. ▼浅色橡木以极致的纯净包裹整个空间

The restaurant’s entrance has been redesigned to offer a warmer welcome, while maintaining an expanded opening onto the lake, the central element of the site. The new bar is conceived as a space for exchange. It is complemented by an herbal tea area, echoing Jean Sulpice’s work with plants. A true innovation, the pantry also embodies a philosophy of hospitality and generosity. Clad in white tiles reminiscent of the kitchen universe, this new space is above all a living one: breakfast facing the lake in the morning, a place for treats and discoveries throughout the day, celebrating the richness of the terroir. ▼楼梯间

To bring this vision to life, A.S.L Architecture, Jean Sulpice and Magali Sulpice collaborated with local artisans who share their sensibility. Designer Lauriane Josselin created the reception furniture and room keys, inspired by cairns – those stacked stones that guide hikers, here reinterpreted in noble wood. At the bar, Annecy-based glass artist Magali Aubier designed a stained-glass feature tracing the mountain range surrounding the lake. A unique work that quite literally sculpts the alpine light. Between a contemporary refuge and a renewed family spirit, the story continues at l’Auberge du Père Bise. ▼吧台后的彩绘玻璃装置
